This policy explains how Kaalaman PH ("we") handles information in this website and in the Kaalaman PH Poster app ("the app").

Who uses the app

The app is a private tool used only by the Kaalaman PH team to publish our own videos to our own TikTok and Facebook accounts. It is not offered to the public.

Information the app uses

When our team connects our TikTok account, TikTok gives the app an access token and a user ID (open ID) for that account, plus basic profile information (display name and avatar). The app uses them only to upload and publish our videos and to show which account is connected.

Where it is stored

The access token is stored only on our team's own computer. It is not stored on this website or sent to any other service except TikTok and Facebook when we post.

What we don't do

We do not collect information about viewers or other TikTok users. We do not sell, rent or share any information. We do not use it for advertising.

This website

This website has no sign-up, no forms and no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard server logs for security.

Deleting data

We can disconnect the app at any time by removing it in TikTok settings (Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions). That makes the stored token stop working, and we delete it from our computer.
